We had delayed replacing our Soffits and Facias as it is a considerable investment and something we had to consider carefully as we have just retired. Having said that, the existing soffits and facias being 30+ years old are beyond repair so we decide to go for it. We had 2 quotation visits which were not very informative and did not inspire me with confidence. We were then visited by Lee from St Neots Windows. He started by advising me that they had completed the same work on many similar houses in our area. This immediately put me at ease. Lee went on to explain the process involved from start to finish. Lee made additional cosmetic suggestions which we had not consided but really added to the overall affect. A detailed quotation was provided the following day as promised. As the quotation was competitive we were happy to proceed. The job was started on time and completed in 4 1/2 days. We are extremely happy with the finished results. Very happy with the fitters. We kept them well fed and watered which may have helped! I would have no hesitation in recommending St Neots Windows.

It was a benefit to be able to go into the showroom to see the products. Choosing the style and type was made easy and everything was explained. The staff were all helpful and professional. We needed to replace a rotten wood patio door. St Neots came and quoted without any fuss, quickly and no “hard sell”. The price was about half of Anglian Windows. Installation was delayed by bad weather and then Christmas, but they turned up dead on the agreed time and completed the job in a couple of hours. We are very happy with the new door.
